The aim of The South African Horn Society is to promote the art of horn playing for all people in our wonderful country. We are committed to providing members with up-to-date contact lists, local and national events and international news from around the world.

As an active Society in the new South Africa we have a duty to promote the instrument to all people, in all communities and from all backgrounds. We believe that with this awareness; interest in the instrument will grow,and by endeavoring to provide the opportunity, we can increase the talent pool within the country.

SAHS WORKSHOP JUNE 2011 To all horn enthusiasts, following the very successful Horn Workshops in Port Elizabeth, Cape Town and Grahamstown, the SAHS is hosting its fourth workshop from 10-12 June 2011. We encourage you to keep these dates open and attend this workshop. It is YOU who will make this another great event!
